Stockholmspolisens Idrottsförening Fäktning is a non-profit sports club. The board is elected by the yearly meeting, where all club members are eligible to vote and voice their opinions. This is also where more important matters are settled, such as implementing changes or additions to the bylaws. Simpler matters, as well as the running of the club in general, is handled by the board directly.
